Your daily life:
- Analyze internal supply needs based on forecasts and historical data
- Receive carriers and unload trucks in accordance with established procedures
- Verify the accuracy of received goods by comparing them with delivery slips and purchase orders
- Identify and report any discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items
- Perform system receipt of goods in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy
- Ensure proper labeling of products and their organized storage to guarantee accessibility
- Monitor inventory levels, initiate required replenishments, and process merchandise returns
- Respond to internal requests regarding availability and lead times, and document irregularities (transport disputes, invoices, proof of receipt)

Daytime schedule:
Monday to Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. OR Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Require profile
- AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in inventory management or relevant experience in a similar field
- Ability to use an ERP system and IT tools (Office 365) with precision and attention to detail
- Forklift operator certification and WHMIS (an asset)
- Mechanical knowledge (an asset)
- Organization and attention to detail: Ability to structure work, maintain an orderly warehouse environment, and ensure accuracy of information (receiving, inventory, documentation)
- Priority management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (receiving, storage, internal requests) and prioritize effectively according to operational urgency
- Autonomy and responsibility: Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and follow tasks through to completion
- Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with procurement, production, and internal service teams to support operations
- Communication: Ability to clearly convey relevant information (discrepancies, delays, receiving issues) and respond to internal requests professionally
