- Manage projects to develop new products and/or improve existing products
- Participate in defining customer needs and optimal solutions
- Design mechanical parts and components and validate their physical operating characteristics
- Integrate various technologies such as: semi-active hydraulic suspensions; electronic steering systems
- Optimize based on cost, weight, and manufacturability

Daytime schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR 4 days/week

Profile sought
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Excellent knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks software
- Knowledge of heavy industrial equipment, trucks, mining equipment, or any other type of industrial equipment will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and work planning skills
- Autonomy and initiative
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate root causes
- Bilingualism (French-English)*
*Bilingualism is required, as the employee will be required to translate documentation and communicate with unilingual English-speaking clients.
