Your daily life:

• Analyze internal supply needs based on forecasts and historical data.
• Analyze bids and negotiate prices, contractual terms, and delivery methods.
• Research, identify, evaluate, and select suppliers suited to technical requirements.
• Create and track purchase orders in Epicor and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, including addressing any delays or partial deliveries.
• Contribute to managing work order entries and consumption variances.
• Support the continuous improvement of tools used by the team: Epicor, dashboards, etc., and create new procedures as needed.
• Establish and maintain sustainable and advantageous partnerships with selected suppliers, when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the planning, production, manufacturing, and engineering departments, as well as with inventory management.
