Your daily life:
- Develop and implement content marketing and digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing the company’s visibility, strengthening its brand image, and supporting its sales objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to align content initiatives with market needs, support business development activities, and contribute to generating business opportunities
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns and qualify leads in collaboration with the sales team
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and materials
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the annual events calendar (trade shows, exhibitions, forums, corporate events, client visits) based on their strategic relevance, and ensure full logistical coordination of these events
- Create, optimize, and manage strategic content (articles, social media posts, newsletters, web content) aligned with target audiences, the customer journey, and organizational priorities. Ensure message consistency and adherence to deadlines
- Analyze content and campaign performance using relevant metrics, produce reports, and make recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the information needed to create content and highlight the company’s projects, products, and initiatives
- Monitor content marketing trends and propose approaches adapted to the company’s context, particularly in a B2B and manufacturing environment

Profile sought
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience in content marketing or digital marketing
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English
- Understanding of B2B marketing and the sales process (a strong asset).
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset).
- Proficiency with digital tools (CMS, social media, newsletters).
- Results-oriented: Ability to define clear objectives, prioritize actions, and deliver measurable results within deadlines aligned with organizational goals
- Organization and attention to detail: Ability to manage work efficiently, handle budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Motivated by teamwork and able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, particularly sales teams
