Installation and preparation of the machine:
- Read plans and specifications to understand folding requirements.
- Configure and adjust the press brake according to production specifications (tooling, dies, etc.).
- Check tools and dies to ensure they are in good condition before use.
Press brake operation:
- Operate the press brake to bend the metal parts according to the desired dimensions and shapes.
- Check the machine parameters (pressure, folding angle, etc.) and make the necessary adjustments.
Machine maintenance and servicing:
- Clean and maintain the press brake regularly to ensure proper operation.
- Perform preventive checks of the machine and report repair or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
Job Requirements:
- Has relevant experience
- Knows how to read and interpret assembly plans
- Perfect mastery of the tape to be measured
General conditions
Workplace:
Baie-Saint-Paul, Rang Saint-Laurent plant
Daytime schedule:
Monday to Friday from 5 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
