Talent acquisition specialist

Your daily life:
- Advise managers on the implementation of an adapted attraction strategy (with the use of social media and professional networks)
- Take charge of the entire staffing process (posting of positions, sourcing candidates, sorting CVs, planning and conducting interviews, administering selection tests, creating offer letters, background checks, etc.)
- Update job descriptions and postings
- Conduct interviews in collaboration with managers
- Create and/or update selection tools (interview questionnaire, evaluation grid, selection tests, etc.)
- Establish employment conditions (conduct salary analyses, etc.) and draft employment contracts
- Oversee international recruitment and monitor it in collaboration with our external partners
- Participate in different career events and develop external partnerships
- Be guardian of the candidate experience by ensuring regular follow-ups
- Ensure service agreements with different suppliers
- Monitor best practices in talent acquisition
- Participate in all HR projects related to recruitment
Required profile:
- College or university diploma in a relevant discipline
- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar functions
- Good knowledge of the complete talent acquisition cycle, processes and practices
- Comfortable in direct solicitation (hunting) and sourcing
- Comfortable working with an ATS
- Bilingual French/English*
- Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite
* The requirement for bilingualism is required, because the employee will have to do international recruitment with unilingual English-speaking candidates.
Terms and conditions :
- Work location: Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec
- Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
