Talent acquisition specialist

Your daily life:

  • Advise managers on the implementation of an adapted attraction strategy (with the use of social media and professional networks)
  • Take charge of the entire staffing process (posting of positions, sourcing candidates, sorting CVs, planning and conducting interviews, administering selection tests, creating offer letters, background checks, etc.)
  • Update job descriptions and postings
  • Conduct interviews in collaboration with managers
  • Create and/or update selection tools (interview questionnaire, evaluation grid, selection tests, etc.)
  • Establish employment conditions (conduct salary analyses, etc.) and draft employment contracts
  • Oversee international recruitment and monitor it in collaboration with our external partners
  • Participate in different career events and develop external partnerships
  • Be guardian of the candidate experience by ensuring regular follow-ups
  • Ensure service agreements with different suppliers
  • Monitor best practices in talent acquisition
  • Participate in all HR projects related to recruitment

Required profile:

  • College or university diploma in a relevant discipline
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in similar functions
  • Good knowledge of the complete talent acquisition cycle, processes and practices
  • Comfortable in direct solicitation (hunting) and sourcing
  • Comfortable working with an ATS
  • Bilingual French/English*
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite

* The requirement for bilingualism is required, because the employee will have to do international recruitment with unilingual English-speaking candidates.

Terms and conditions :

  • Work location: Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec
  • Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Salary according to experience
